“The experience was nothing but
positive. It had a huge impact on
[son’s] mood, he struggles with
regulating his emotions and we have
found that the cold water therapy
really helped calm him down. It has
also impacted his sleep, he used to be
really restless and is now able to sleep
for a solid 8 hours. It’s also taught him
how to calm himself down with the
breath work. These sessions have
been life changing for him. Thank you
