EMPLOYEE AND DEPENDENT VISION INSURANCE
                   All employees will be able to choose to have vision insurance for themselves and any eligible dependents. Vision
                   exams are paid 100% after a $10 copay and Materials are covered after a $25 copay. This coverage is 100%
                   employee paid and voluntary. The payroll deduction for this coverage will be:

                   VSP VOLUNTARY VISION FOR SALARIED ASSOCIATES (24 PAY PERIODS)
                    EMPLOYEE ONLY                $3.29
                    EMPLOYEE + SPOUSE            $6.37
                    EMPLOYEE + CHILD(REN)        $6.45
                    EMPLOYEE + FAMILY            $10.48

                   Amounts deducted from your paycheck qualify for pre-tax treatment that will reduce the cost of your insurance
                   approximately 22% to 30% with the savings in taxes (depending on your state taxation).

                   EMPLOYEE LIFE INSURANCE
                   All employees will receive $20,000 life insurance paid 100% by Chartwell Hospitality. This program covers you 24
                   hours a day.

                   EMPLOYEE SUPPLEMENTAL LIFE INSURANCE

                   Employee
                   -  Coverage is available in $10,000 increments up to 5 x annual salary (rounded to the next higher $10,000)
                   -  Minimum coverage is $10,000, Maximum coverage is $500,000, Guarantee Issue (no medical questions)
                     $200,000 for those being offered the coverage for the first time.
                   -  For employees age 70 & over, maximum coverage is $50,000
                   -  Coverage reduces 35% upon the Person's attainment of age 70, an additional 15% of the original amount at age 75
                     and will terminate upon retirement.

                   Spouse
                   -  Coverage is available in $5,000 increments up to 2.50x the employee's annual salary (rounded to the next
                     higher $5,000), not to exceed 50% of the employee's benefit amount
                   -  Minimum coverage is $5,000, Maximum coverage is $500,000, Guarantee Issue (no medical questions)
                     $30,000 for those being offered the coverage for the first time.
                   -  Coverage reduces 35% upon the employee's attainment of age 65 and will terminate upon the employee's
                     attainment of age 70.
                   -  Spouse coverage is only available if the employee is insured for voluntary coverage.
                   -  Spouse’s rate is based on Employee Age.
