Group Cancer/Critical Illness Insurance
The Group Cancer/Critical Illness plan provides a lump sum benefit upon the
diagnosis of covered illnesses. Additional occurrences must be separated by at least
6 months. Reoccurrences must be separated by 6 months or 6 months treatment-free HEALTH BENEFITS
for cancer.

the primary insured amount at no additional cost
