EMPLOYEE REFERRAL PROGRAM

The aim of this policy is to detail the requirements and guidelines to enable a fair mechanism to
attract talent from market with the help of our employees. It outlines the process to ensure the
maximum level of employee participation.

The following category of employees may make referrals; however, they would not be eligible for the
referral bonus:

• Human Resources employees, management team/leadership team India, hiring managers
directly/indirectly involved in hiring process, CDP Recruiters/Managers (CDP Referrals) Employee
at Pay Grade 114 and above.
• No referral payments will be made for referring individuals for intern positions, contract positions
or limited contract positions.
• Employees cannot refer candidates who are currently working in companies with whom we have
a “No Poach Agreement.”
• Employees referring a Re-Hire will not be eligible for referral bonus.
