SECURITY

Security and Plant Protection

The security of Air Products India facilities as well as the welfare of our employees requires that every
individual be constantly aware of potential security risks. Employees should immediately notify their
department manager or Human Resources representative when unknown persons are acting in a
suspicious manner in or around the facilities.

Employees are advised to secure their desk at the end of the day or when called away from their work
area for an extended length of time and not to leave valuable or personal articles in or around the
workstation.

All computer programs and data developed for the Company by employees, contractors, consultants
or anyone acting as an agent for Air Products or provided to the same are the property of the
Company and must be returned to the Company before project completion or contract termination,
or upon employment termination.

The uniformed security personnel stationed at the points of entry or within a plant are charged with
the responsibility of enforcing all regulations pertaining to site protection. They have been trained for
their jobs and have authority to act to protect life and property. Their job will be made easier by your
understanding and cooperation.

Security cameras are installed at all offices in Air Products India to ensure safety and security of
our employees.
