Regional Rewards and Recognition Program

In addition to the recognition of the Global Reward and Recognition Program, we have Ace Performer,
Impact award and Working Together and Winning Together awards.

Ace Performer Award: A monthly reward provided to employees to appreciate efforts of their fellow Air
Products India Employees, each month, for their contributions toward internal/external Air Products
customers/stakeholders, overall business of Air Products India, going the extra mile in their regular jobs,
for someone who upholds Organization Values at the workplace or even for someone who scores high
on basic behavioral aspects at the workplace like time management, sincerity, reliability, etc.

Impact Award: The award is for individuals who have implemented/suggested an idea to bring
innovation in day to day work which enhances the effectiveness of work and thereby impacting the
business goals such as profit, efficiency, and sustainability.

Working Together and Winning Together: The award is for recognizing the teams for each quarter
for “out of the box” thinking. The teams can be cross-functional, consisting of 3 members in each
team. The nominations can be submitted by the team members and reviewed by the Evaluation
steering committee.

Ask Leadership

When you enter a question, the new Ask Leadership form will ask you where you are located, what
business area you are in and the general topic of your question. Based on these three selections, your
question will be directed to the appropriate leader(s). Depending on the nature of your question, your
answer will be posted to the Answered Questions page or emailed directly to you.
Medical Support

There is a medical centre for ensuring proper health of employees and emergency wardens in
office primes.
