Mobile Phone: Handset and Bill Reimbursement

Air Products India SIM Cards

These will be supplied to those individuals on the management team. In addition, those who spend
significant time at site (e.g., commissioning) and those who have significant customer/vendor facing
requirements shall receive Air Products India SIM card. Eligibility shall be subject to review by the
management team.

For mobile phone users with Air Products India SIM cards, Air Products India will provide corporate
mobile SIM cards to employees based on business need approval.

As an exception, an employee can retain his/her mobile SIM card number post termination of
employment contract subject to Management approval.
Usage of Official SIM Card

Employees are to restrict usage of official SIM card for official purposes only.
Data Card

Air Products India will provide corporate internet data card for employees for performing significant
and continuous work away from home and based on business need approval, and will be reviewed
regularly by administration team with respective line managers. Employees are encouraged to stay
within the data limits to avoid additional charges. A few numbers of pre-paid data cards are available
from Administration function for those taking occasional business trips, which needs to be returned
to Administration function after the business trip.

Business Entertainment

All business entertainment must have prior approval from the respective Manager/Business Leader.
Employees must make decisions with the Company’s best interests in mind and in a manner
consistent with the spirit of the policy.
