         Recreation Activities


         The Company recognizes the importance of having a healthy and active workforce and gives its full support to the employee engagement committees for
         organizing various events and functions for the employees (e.g., sports committee, cultural committees, etc.).

         The team consists of members represented by the different departments and is headed by committee head. This committee is only a voluntary basis and new
         members will be recruited each year. The Human Resource Department will act as a facilitator in assisting the committee in coordinating the activities.

         Air Products India has a fully recreational center that cares for all the needs of employees. The center operates within guidelines and post-working hours.
         Employee Service Anniversary Awards


         Employee service anniversary awards allow us to:


         •   Recognize employees who reach designated service milestones, with a focus on creating personalized and experienced-based recognition for our
             multi-generational workforce.
         •   Congratulate colleagues, share stories and extend personal messages to coworkers at 1, 3, 5, 10 and 15 years thereafter, in all regions.
