coverage in case of an unexpected illness or accident? Do you have enough life insurance?

+ Consider other available coverage you might have. Are you turning 26 and no longer
eligible to be covered by your parents’ plan?

+ Gather information you’ll need. For example, if you are covering dependents, you will
need their dates of birth and Social Security numbers. In addition, you may need to
provide legal documentation verifying their eligibility — such as a marriage license or
birth certificate.
