Lyra

Lyra provides care for your emotional and mental health how,
when, and where you need it, at no cost to you. Whether
you’re feeling stressed, anxious, or depressed, support from
Lyra can get you back on your feet.
Beginning January 1, 2022, all CPI Card Group employees
and their eligible dependents will have access to mental health
coaching and short-term therapy from Lyra. Sign up easily online
and Lyra will match you to care and providers specific to your
needs. Meet with a mental health coach or therapist via live video,
live messaging, phone, or in-person.
Lyra is a CPI paid benefit and eligible employees are
automatically enrolled in Lyra Mental Health. CPI also pays for
up to 12 sessions for you and your benefit eligible dependent(s)
per calendar year.

y Manager consults: Lyra’s team is available 24/7 for 1-on-1
consultations with managers on issues such as suspected

access to work-life services including legal services,
identity theft support, help finding dependent care, and
financial coaching to assist them and their families during
challenging times
