Disability Insurance

CPI is also pleased to offer, at no cost to you, Disability
insurance. If you’re suddenly unable to earn a paycheck
due to illness or an accident, disability insurance can help
you meet expenses and maintain your standard of living.
It can help you pay bills like your mortgage, tuition and
car payments, and help cover expenses for food, clothing
and utilities. Disability insurance can help provide financial
security until you are able to return to work. Short-Term
and Long-Term Disability is provided through Lincoln
Financial Group, and you are automatically enrolled.

Short-Term Disability

60% of your base annual earnings up
Benefit
to $2,000 per week
Elimination Period 7 days after illness or accident
Benefit Duration 12 weeks

Long-Term Disability

60% of your base annual earnings up
Benefit
to $7,500 per month
Elimination Period 90 days after illness or accident
As long as you are disabled or until
Benefit Duration Social Security Normal Retirement
Age, whichever is sooner
