           Clarins is committed to providing employees with a suite of benefit programs, tools and
           resources that are high quality, competitive and affordable. Our programs are designed to meet
           the needs of you and your family at various stages of your lives.



           This guide will provide high-level information on each of your 2022 Clarins benefit plans in order
           to help you make the best benefit choices for you and your family. Feel free to use this guide to
           assist you with questions related to enrollment as well as year-round benefit inquiries.


           Full-time employees are eligible for certain benefits—such as medical, dental, vision and life
           insurance—at group rates. Clarins pays the majority of the cost of benefits which you choose to
           enroll in, and you may pay a portion as well. In addition, the company pays the entire cost of
           benefits such as basic life, accidental death and dismemberment (AD&D), disability and the
           employee assistance program (EAP) on your behalf.


           Your company-sponsored benefits are a valuable component of your compensation and they
           account for a significant portion of the total compensation you receive as an employee of
           Clarins. We encourage you to read through this guide carefully so that you can understand what
           each benefit provides and how to access coverage when you need it. It is encouraged that you
           share this information with benefits eligible family members as well.
