P. 2
Welcome Letter
We understand how important your health care is to you. Having high quality benefit plans that give you access to the best
possible care is more critical now than ever.
We remain focused on offering programs that provide you with the choice and flexibility that you and your family need when
it comes to health and wellness, as well as financial well-being and security. Health care costs have continued to increase
year over year at a rate that outpaces inflation. This is due to many factors, including:
O Innovative medical treatments and procedures
O Introduction of new, high-cost, specialty medications
O Poor diet and health habits, leading to earlier onset of disease and illness
Designing a health care program that provides employees with the choice and flexibility needed while still balancing both
employee and company costs remains a top priority, and we are focused on finding the right balance. Over the past several
years, we have made a number of plan modifications to ensure that our plans remain strong and competitive. We encourage
you to review all the health care plan options in order to find the plan that would be the most suitable for you and your
family’s needs. As in past years, Insurity will continue to bear a significant percentage of the cost for medical coverage.
While medical insurance is often the most utilized component of a benefits program, we are happy to provide you a
comprehensive benefits package that also includes:
O Dental insurance
O Vision insurance
O Company-provided Short-Term and Long-Term Disability insurance
O Life insurance (both company-provided and supplemental)
O Open PTO
O Voluntary plans, including Accident and Critical Illness coverages
In addition to our benefit plan design, we are continually looking at our vendors and benefit administration tools to
provide comprehensive, cost effective and tech savvy options for our employees. To that end, we are happy to introduce
the following:
O Beginning with the 2022 Open Enrollment, we have implemented a new benefits administration tool within UKG.
Benefits Administration is a comprehensive platform that will be used for benefit enrollments and changes.
O We went to market on our Life, Disability and Work Site benefits (accident and critical illness) and have made the
decision to move these benefits to a new carrier called Reliance Standard (RSI). They offer the same or better
coverages and prices, with better technology and administration for employees and the company.
To get the most from your benefits, you need to understand how they work. It is our goal to provide you with the necessary
information and tools, enabling you to make informed decisions. Please review the detailed 2022 benefits information
provided in this guide. We highly value our most important assets — our employees — and we appreciate your continued
hard work and dedication. If you have any questions, please contact the Benefits team at InsurityBenefits@insurity.com.
