Floating/Paid Holidays & Paid Time Off
Paid Holidays:
Floating Holidays:
All regular employees working 20+ hours a week receive Ampact recognizes the following paid
two floating holidays (equivalent to their FTE) to use at their holidays for regular employees who

stop accruing at the maximum limit. Accruals will resume once
some time is taken.
There is no waiting period before an employee can begin to take
PTO. Time-off requests must be submitted to an employee’s
supervisor in advance and are subject to supervisor approval. In
the case of an illness or medical emergency, employees should
notify their supervisor as soon as possible.
