Floating/Paid Holidays & Paid Time Off

       Floating Holidays:
       All regular employees working 20+ hours a week receive             Ampact recognizes the following paid

       All regular full-time and part-time employees accrue PTO hours
         (based on their FTE) based on their anniversary date and each        •   Christmas Eve

         paycheck of the month following the anniversary date. PTO will
       stop accruing at the maximum limit. Accruals will resume once
         some time is taken.

         There is no waiting period before an employee can begin to take
       PTO. Time-off requests must be submitted to an employee’s

       supervisor in advance and are subject to supervisor approval. In
         the case of an illness or medical emergency, employees should
       notify their supervisor as soon as possible.
