Dental Plan

It’s important to have regular preventative dental care, including exams and cleanings so problems are detected before
they become painful — and expensive. Keeping your teeth and gums clean and healthy will help prevent most tooth
decay and is an important part of maintaining your overall health. We offer a dental plan through Cigna. Please see
complete summary for exclusions and limitations.

How to find in-network dental providers
By registering for myCigna.com you can get individualized information, set to your dental plan. Register today and access helpful
information find a dentist for your individual needs and budget. When searching for the dentist, your home zip code will be entered
automatically, but you can change the zip if you are looking for a dentist in a different area. Once you’re registered and logged on,
you can search for Cigna DPPO network dentist or specialist by choosing “Find Care and Costs” at the top of the screen and following
the prompts to search based on the provider name, location, and procedure type or specialty.

If you are not registered on myCigna.com, you can still search for a dentist from the online directory on Cigna.com. This is a public
site, so you don’t need to register or log in to view search results. To search for a dentist on cigna.com, visit the site and click “Find a
Doctor, Dentist, or Facility.” Follow the prompts on screen and when asked to choose your plan. Select DPPO/EPO > Total Cigna
DPPO.
