•Under “Contact Information”

 Add dependents/beneficiaries
 Review “My Personal Information”

•Under “Benefits and Payroll” and then “Beneficiary Changes”

 Add beneficiaries to both Business Travel Accident and
 Group Term Life/AD&D

•Under “Benefits and Payroll”, enroll in Benefits (follow user guide)

•Under “Link to Fidelity” Register on Fidelity Investment website to:

 add your beneficiaries
 change contribution %,

 change investments.

•Under “Link to ADP” sign up for direct deposit
•Watch Safety Induction training video on the Health & Safety website

•Complete the Ergo Tool Assessment on Health & Safety Website
