Life Insurance, Accidental Death &
Dismemberment (AD&D) Insurance
Coverage
Life/AD&D insurance is an important part of your financial
Security. LEGO provides Basic Life and AD&D Insurance to all
eligible employees at no cost to you. Employees have a 3
times base salary (max is $600,000) Life Insurance and AD&D
insurance benefit with the premium paid in full by LEGO,
although the premium is a taxable benefit to employee.
Supplemental Life/AD&D Insurance
Employees may purchase additional life insurance for themselves, spouse, and/or children:
▪ Self – between $10,000 and $500,000, in $10,000 increments (can’t exceed 5x salary)
▪ Spouse – between $5,000 and $250,000, in $5,000 increments (must purchase for self first)
▪ Child(ren) – between $1,000 and $10,000, in $1,000 increments (must purchase for self first)
