Additional Work-Life Benefits & Perks
Live Well, Play Well Wellness program - LEGO offers a variety of Wellness
Programs for your physical and mental wellbeing. Many of the programs
are free of charge or subsidized by LEGO. You can relax with a chair
massage on Tuesdays/Wednesdays ($) or get physical with a Boot Camp
or CoreFlex class (free). These are just a few of the programs
offered. Throughout the year, the program offers seminars on accurate
exercising and eating habits, and much more. The program also brings a
variety of sports to our campus such as basketball, volleyball, soccer,
softball, running, golf, and much more. In addition, take a rest in the
energy pod!! Also on campus is a state of the art fitness room that is the
home to ellipticals, spin bikes, treadmills, free weights, and a big screen
TV to play any fitness video you want.
Parental Leave – Provides Primary caregivers can take 26
weeks of 100% paid leave, while Non-Primary caregivers will
get 8 weeks of 100% paid leave.
Caregiver Leave – Provides up to 4 weeks of 100% pay to support
employees to care for their loved ones in case of serious illness, injuries,
or immediate care.
Critical Illness & Accident Insurance - the ability to purchase these voluntary plans to help offset
out of pocket expenses by receiving lump sum payments due to injury or illness.
Performance Mgmt. Program (PMP) – those eligible employees will receive a yearly bonus based
upon total LEGO Company and Individual Performances.
Product Discounts – employees will receive 50%-75% discount at the company s
tore, 50% discount on all Shop at Home products, and 50% product discount at LBR Store.
LEGOLAND vouchers – All regular full-time employees will be eligible to receive free annual passes
for the LEGOLAND Parks and Discovery Centers for dependent children and spouse. For part time
employees, corporate discounted tickets are available!
Employee Assistance Program (EAP) – free resources, referral services, and confidential counseling
services are available to employees and their dependents
