The Hickory Crawdads now offers two vision plans with Highmark Vision (through the Davis Vision network).
Your vision plans provide coverage for routine eye exams and pays for all or a portion of the cost of glasses or contact
lenses. Both plans offer you and covered family members complete vision coverage within the Highmark/Davis Vision
Clear Advantage V Network. There are also additional discounts available on eye wear upgrades. The plans also offer
Lasik at a discount.
