Time Off
Taking time off to relax and recharge is good for everyone’s mental health. Taking time for yourself
not only benefits you and your well-being, but also has an added training benefit of allowing your
teammates to better understand your day-to-day job. In fact, our policy is that employees must
take at least one continuous week off per year.
Paid Time Off (PTO)
Full-time and qualified regular part-time employees are eligible for Paid Time Off (PTO). The amount of PTO days
available to employees is based on years of service with the Company as shown below. Part-time employees’ PTO is
pro-rated based on their scheduled hours per week. PTO is accrued on a monthly basis for new hires during their first
year of employment and for employees who leave the company. PTO can be used for all time off including vacation,
personal matters, illness of a family member and medical appointments. You may carry over up to 5 unused PTO days
into the following calendar year.
