Employee Recognition Program
The Rock Star program is Plymouth Rock’s Employee Recognition Program. It allows you to recognize and show
appreciation for your co-workers for a job well done, when they have provided extra support or have gone the extra
mile. Each employee is provided with cards to fill out and award to their peers, which they can redeem for merchandise.

Employee Referral Program

Our own employees are a key asset in accomplishing our hiring goals. We seek to hire qualified individuals who share
SOCIAL WELL-BEING improving their skills. If a candidate you refer is hired, you will receive a referral bonus of $1,000 after the newly hired

Team 695 and the Rock Squad are groups of employees who work to create an environment that encourages camaraderie,
