your furry family members are in need of veterinary services. You can choose between two levels
of reimbursement, 50% or 70%, to meet your budget and needs. Plans do not include coverage for
pre-existing conditions.

FINANCIAL WELL-BEING • Ability to use any vet, including specialists and emergency providers
• Guaranteed issuance for new policies
• $250 annual deductible and a $7,500 maximum annual benefit.
• Vet Helpline: Policy holders have 24/7 access to a live veterinary professional who can provide guidance about

• Multiple Pet Discount: Pet owners can receive a 5% discount by insuring two or three pets or a 10% discount
on each policy for 4 or more pets.
• Emergency Boarding Reimbursement: If someone in the owner’s household is hospitalized for any reason,
including maternity, Nationwide will cover up to $500 in boarding fees.
• PetRxExpress: Save time and money by filling pet prescriptions at participating in-store retail pharmacies
across the U.S. These claims are submitted directly to Nationwide.
