Tuition Assistance

Our Tuition Assistance Plan is designed to assist employees interested in continuing their professional development
through outside educational programs. To be eligible, you must be a full-time employee with at least six months of
continuous employment and be in good standing with a current performance rating of at least a “3 – meets expectations.”
Courses must be job-related, offered by an accredited institution and approved by your manager and an officer of the
