This guide describes a brief outline of your benefit plans available to you as an employee of Goodwill. Full details are
contained in official plan documents and contracts, as this guide only serves to cover the major points in each plan. It
does not contain all the details that are included in the Summary Plan Description, which is available upon request from
the Human Resources Department. If there are any conflicts in wording between this guide and the formal plan
documents, the formal wording in the plan documents will govern. Please note that the benefits described in this guide
may be changed at any time (provided appropriate notice is given) and do not represent a contractual obligation on the
part of Goodwill.
