                                                    and efficient processes have been a game-changer. Victoria
                                                    Yap, the owner, commended the local government’s support
                                                    in  fostering  a  business-friendly  environment  where
                                                    businesses—regardless  of  size—are  treated  with  respect
                                                    and given the tools they need to succeed.

                                                    “We  salute  the  BPLD’s  innovative  processes,”  Yap  stated.

                                                    Willy de Leon, Area Manager for Jollibee Foods Corporation,
                                                    also shared how the digitalization of Quezon City’s business
                                                    processes  has  expedited  obtaining  business  permits  and
                                                    licenses. De Leon praised the elimination of long queues at
                                                    City  Hall,  highlighting  how  streamlined  processes  and
                                                    reduced red tape have significantly improved efficiency.

                                                     For  Maharlika  Haradji,  owner  of  Nuat  Thai,  the  shift  to
                                                     digital  services  has  completely  transformed  business

                                                     wellness  service  provider,  Haradji  noted  how  BPLD’s
                                                     innovation  has  simplified  application  and  renewal

                                                     and long queues.
