processing time and whereas 99.97% reduction in renewal processing time. There has also been a
significant increase in capital investment since we fully digitized our processes—from around 310
million in 2020 to 1.5 trillion in 2024. That's an impressive 495,668.13% increase.

In 2023, Quezon City emerged as the biggest contributor to the Philippines' overall GDP, accounting
for 60% of the national gross domestic product. These measurable improvements underscore its
