standards, which are vital for ensuring equitable treatment of all employees and customers.

Risk of Operational Disruptions: Non-compliance in critical areas such as disaster
preparedness, business continuity, and risk management could lead to serious operational
disruptions in the event of an emergency or disaster.
Note: An automated worksheet is currently under development to simplify and streamline the
scoring and calculation process. Please coordinate with the BPLD (Business Permits and
Licensing Department) for updates and access to the automated worksheet.
