of excitement and tired faces at the end. As we entered November, back came B Sqn from their deployment in Mali, where they were met with bag pipes in fine tune, happy faces and the mandated bacon roll, no matter the time of day. We also had a visit from the Panto Bus, where they performed a gleaming rendition
of Cinderella in the welfare centre to a very excited crowd.

Next up was the festive period. The wife’s and partners Christmas party was in full flow, where an evening of wining and dining, was met with a DJ and some fierce karaoke singing. The all-important photo booth was in fine form, making sure a good time was had by all. This was followed up with the childrens’ Christmas party. Entertained from Santa’s Grotto, with plenty of happy faces receiving their Christmas presents. The DJ’s Christmas tunes got everyone into the Christmas spirit, allowing the families to have a great time before they broke up for school holidays.
As we draw a close on 2022 and welcome in 2023. I would like to take the opportunity to thank, on behalf of the welfare team, the support from all Regimental
personnel and families, who dedicate and support the welfare team to make the activities possible and support our welfare centre. We look forward to
another busy year.
