                                                        •  The occasional user may also use an atlas,
                                                           vendor supply catalogues, and almanac as

                                                           additional reference materials.

                                                        •  A wide range of tools and accessories are

                                                           tasks.

                                                        •  The appropriate tools enable you to work
                                                           more effectively.

                                                        •  To  get  the  greatest  results  and  save

                                                           money, use your resources appropriately.
                                                        •  Follow these guidelines:

                                                           I.  Choose the supply's quality based on

                                                               the  task's  priority  and  nature.  For
                                                               instance,  don't  use  pricey  letterhead

                                                               paper  when  you  are  composing  a
                                                               rough     draft    of    a    significant

                                                               correspondence.
                                                          II.  Learn  to  read  product  labels  for  the

                                                               correct use of a product. Paper meant

                                                               for a laser printer, for instance, might
                                                               not function well in an inkjet printer.

                                                          III.  Seek    methods       for   preserving
                                                               supplies.  Reuse  file  folders,  for

                                                               instance, by labelling new folders over
                                                               old ones.

                                                         IV.  Don't overstock your workspace with

                                                               unnecessary items.     Maybe it should
                                                               be put back in the supply cabinet if you

                                                               haven't used an item for a few weeks.
