Dual Runway operation




                      The “low side” runway must always maintain the “low side” altitude

                      by the base turn or a point designed before the IF.



                      If “middle side” and “high side” runway are operating in pair, the

                      “middle side” shall always ensure reaching the “middle side” altitude
                      before base turn or at a point designed before the IF.




                      For Dual Runway Operation, the Default PMS in use are PMS East

                      and PMS West to cater for the operation of RWY32/33 and
                      RWY15/14 Scenario. Controller has the option to use PMS North

                      and PMS South to replace one of the default PMS when required due

                      to significant WX condition and other technical reasons.



                      Caution: Current procedure design does not allow

                      Independent Simultaneous Parallel Approach from PMS North for

                      RWY 15 and PMS East for RWY 14R.
