I'll add that getting a speaker and mic installed in
the helmet is worth every penny in the way of
comfort and convenience as opposed to forcing a
stand alone boom mic and ear piece up inside of
your helmet in order to hear your instructor while
on track. Every instructor worth his or her salt will
have a communication system for you to plug in to
for on- track use as, aside from hand signals, wind
noise makes it extremely difficult to communicate
otherwise.
