        Huntwick Monthly Crime Stats: July 2020
        We are still doing a great job with social distancing, wearing
        masks, and exercising so keep it up. The CDC guidelines work.
        COVID-19 symptoms include fever, cough, and shortness of
        breath. Check www.coronoavirus.gov for complete information.

        The following is only a summary of crime and traffic incidents in
        Huntwick. If more detail is needed please feel free to contact
        HCSO at 346-286-1600.
        Crime:
        There was only one incident report:
        1. Deputy Doughty responded to a call on July 22, 2020 on the
        5600 block of Bermuda Dunes. A Chevrolet truck had been
        burglarized, with all four tires and rims stolen.
        Our deputies responded to six suspicious person calls during July.
        Neighbors are watching out for neighbors. There were no home
        burglaries, vandalisms, or assaults reported.

        Traffic:
        Our patrol deputies are continuing to monitor our public streets
        inside of Huntwick. Deputy Doughty issued a speeding citation
        on July 7, 2020 on Westminister Court. Keep your speed down
        (the limit is 30 mph) when driving through Huntwick, and always
        lock your cars when parked on the street or in your driveway.
        Important Reminder: Let’s Not Be a Victim!
        Let’s continue to keep our Huntwick safe, secure, and family-
        friendly! Be watchful for anything that looks suspicious or
        inappropriate, especially when it comes to our children, young
        adults, and seniors. Please don’t leave your tools in plain sight and
        unattended when not in use. Posting on social media is not the
        same as calling the sheriff dispatch at 713-221-6000 (press 6).

        Also, don’t forget to submit a Vacation Watch on your house if
        you are going on vacation. Call 832-927-2997 between 8:30 a.m.
        – 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. Be sure to inform your
        neighbors as well so they can watch your house while you are
        gone. If they see any suspicious activity or persons, have them
        call the Sheriff Department at 713-221-6000 (press 6).
