Chopped salad recipe from recipe book.
Boil eggs, cool them down and peel.
Steam or boil the potatoes. and leave to cool or run under cold water.
Slice the eggs and potatoes and arrange on the top of the chopped salad.
Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with croutons.
