This seismic retrofit project will reinforce and renovate approximately 17,530 assignable square feet in Unit 1 of the Music Building. The upgrade will bring the building's Seismic Performance Rating from VI to IV as part of a campus wide initiative to bring all structures into compliance with current building code and will also address Deferred Maintenance and Universal Access issues.
