As a safety precaution due to Covid, all personal
attending Ex Eligius Sprocket were instructed to
complete a Lateral Flow Test (LFT), with a Covid Health
Questionnaire also being required prior to attending the
training weekend. Face coverings were also required on
the coach, as well as in the dining hall.
On the Friday night the Company started arriving at East
Kilbride and Grangemouth Army Reserve Centre’s
(ARC’s) between 1900 – 1930hrs. The Company
travelled by coach from East Kilbride ARC to
Grangemouth ARC, prior to departing to Barry Buddon.
On arrival at Barry Buddon Company personnel were
allocated a room and a bed space for the weekend. The
rest of 102 Bn REME Company's arrived through the
night, with them also being allocated a room and a bed
space.
