5.3.3 Bags and other things must be left at the counter’s desk.
5.3.4 Student must proceed to the area they wanted to stay
silently.
5.3.5 All library user’s must log-in & log-out in the computer or
logbook provided upon entering the library..
5.4 RIGHTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF LIBRARY ID HOLDERS
5.4.1 The Library ID entitles its holder to check out materials as
established in the library’s circulation policy.
5.4.2 The user is responsible for returning materials back to the
library on time and in the same condition as when they were
checked out.
5.4.3 If library materials are returned late or with damage, the
Head Librarian reserves the right to assign fines and/or penalties
as outlined in the library’s circulation policy.
5.5 BORROWING OF BOOKS IN THE CIRCULATION SECTION
5.5.1 Each patron wanting to check items out from the library
must present his/her Library ID at the Circulation Desk along with
the items she wishes to check out.
5.5.2 The Library ID is non-transferrable. Using others’ library ID
in borrowing materials is not allowed.
5.5.3 A student is allowed to check out a maximum of two (2)
books at any one time.
5.5.4 All circulation materials may be taken out of the library for
three days renewable unless needed by other users.
5.5.5 Two weeks before the final examinations, all books shall be
for room use only.
5.5.6 A fine of P10.00 per day is imposed for every overdue book
including Saturday, Sunday and Holiday.
5.5.8 Patrons may renew any material borrowed from the College
Library provided that no other person has made a request for the
items
5.6 BORROWING OF BOOKS IN THE RESERVE AREA
5.6.1 Students must present their Library ID to the section in-
charge before they ask for the books they wanted to borrow.
