business problems rather than just because of technology. Consideration

               should be given to access, knowledge services, user engagement and

               relevancies, social media services, and content management services

               (Rosenberg & Foreman, 2014).  The design issues to be considered are
               sequencing, layering; proficiency determines access, reporting and

               analysis of data, integration with workflow and curating the correct content.

               These aspects should aid the development of knowledge management

               which enables the learning culture.



               CONCLUSION
               To start is often the most challenging step to take.  We have completed this

               by rolling out Microsoft Teams as our learning management system.  But to

               enable our learning culture, we need to work within the educational

               transformation framework to enable and activate all parts of the learning

               ecosystem
