To-be learning ecosystem
Since the decision has been taken to use Microsoft Teams as our learning
management system, it is prudent to use Microsoft’s Education
Transformation Framework, which is an “… An effective, flexible platform
for education transformation grounded by research from academics,
experts, and policymakers.” ( Microsoft. 2020).

The objective is to create a learning environment that is agile,
responsive, and aligned with the organisation’s goals and the needs of its
stakeholders. Therefore, we need to be reminded to look at both learning
and workflow. Over and above these characteristics, and especially with
the onslaught of changes such as pandemics, stakeholders require these
