In Section 2, a detailed mind map and infographic of our team’s

               brainstorming is presented.  These activities are related to our current

               understanding of the as-is situation vs the to-be. Using this system thinking

               brainstorming helped us look at the ecosystem as a whole and identify
               problems to solve rather than addressing the symptoms

               If the maturity framework is used as a benchmark, our organisation ranks

               low (there is some connectedness between some tools (mail with

               MSteams, but separate K drive/HR system/payment system and small

               learning and design function with limited resources):

               If we proceed with “event correction/solving” for example, implementing

               mentorship in isolation, the gains will be short-lived. We need to aim at the

               creation of “... Learning fitness or learning health” which “ is an
               organization’s collective ‘abilities’ to perform.”(    EdcAst Team. 2019).


               Although we do not need to solve all the problem areas at once, our

               approach must be underpinned by a framework to lead the transformation

               process.
