• “Trust - One single source of truth for corporate learning and
knowledge
• Access - Anytime, anywhere access to learning on any device
• Speed - Ability to quickly and collaboratively create and update
learning materials
• Relevance - A shift to new types of learning formats
• Adoption - Provide learning systems, and tools employees want to
use.” ( Tratar, 2020).
In this section, I will briefly explain each sub-component of the four major
blocks: (2) modern teaching and learning, (3) technology blueprint and (4)
Intelligent environments. The starting block, however, is (1) leadership and
policy, and I will provide more detail about this dimension.
LEADERSHIP & POLICY

leadership must be the starting point and the leading agent of
change. This part of the change is often the most difficult.
