You made it! A global pandemic and a variety of Grade Heads could never

have stopped you from getting to this pivotal moment of your lives. You

have risen to numerous challenges, school-related and personal, and
come out on the other side.

Your tenacity and resilience is undeniable, and it always has been. If any
group of learners was going to manage with all that you have had to face, it

was going to be you. Although I may not have been in close contact, I have
thought of you often. When Ms O'Reilly and I catch up, our conversation

revolves around 'our

Matrics', and I must say how proud I am of each and every one of you.
While you have had to deal with a number of disappointments, remember

that the hardships have made you who you are today. You are persistent,

passionate, and kind individuals who are ready for whatever else life may
throw at you!

If I was able to get home, I would be there as you leave those green gates
for the last time. I am still living in London, and teaching at a French

International School.
