Janet Crigler, MT (WV) Thank you for an awesome welcome party.

Tyler Porterfield, CMAS, RMA (AZ) noted there have been many changes in healthcare delivery services
and payment models and believes AMT should address these changes in its conference programming.
He requested more speakers on coding and reimbursement. Marty Hinkel, MT (WY) encouraged Tyler to
help find speakers on coding and reimbursement.

Shannon Newman, MT (VA) asked to recognize convention second timers.

Town Hall session was closed, and members dismissed for lunch at 11:45am.

Annual Business Meeting

The 2019 AMT Annual Business meeting was called to order at 1:34pm by Jeannie Hobson, RMA, RPT,
AHI, President.

2019 Roll call was performed by Deborah Westervelt, Secretary, with 219 delegates present requires
147 to adopt and 111 votes to elect. Roll call was as follows:
