a little like McDonald’s. the salesman at the register asks her which nose
she wants - small, regular or extra Gonzo - and recommends the
plasticombo to her, a deal of a few surgeries together and a drink. The
woman thinks that this is very strange and doesn’t want to do the surgery
there anymore.
