                      The Church of Bones

In the city of Kutná Hora, near Prague, there’s a church entirely decorated
with real human bones - the Sedlec church. The story of the church begins
in the land of Israel. During the crusades, one crusader took some earth
from Jerusalem to Europe, to the small cemetery of Kutná Hora. Many
people wanted to be buried in the holy ground, the cemetery grew bigger
and the church decided to keep some of the skeletons in the cellar. (They)
tell that the monk who took care of the bones is the one who started to put
them into all kinds of shapes, in order to remind people that everyone dies
eventually. Thousands of tourists come to Kutná Hora every year, in order
to visit the church and get a selfie with the skeletons.
