Because of the Inspector General

A big mess because of the Inspector General: police Inspector General Roni Alsheikh talks about
the problems the police have with Ethiopian suspects. Alsheikh says that all over the world
immigrants commit [lit. do] more crimes than other people, and so when a police officer sees a
suspicious immigrant in the street, it's natural that he suspects him more. Many people in the
Ethiopian community are angry at Alsheikh because of what he says, and because he calls
Ethiopians immigrants and not Olim. Now the Inspector General has to apologize to the Ethiopian
Israelis.
