A Signal from Another Planet

On the internet (they) talk this week about a little blip on the graph of a Russian radio-telescope. A
year ago a Russian telescope receives a signal near the planet HD164595 in the Hercules
constellation. The Russians think that this could be a radio signal from a distant civilization. Now
they want to talk about this at a convention for searching life outside Earth. On a planet ninety
lightyears away from us, there might be someone saying hello to us.
