Shirley: Dan, next week a yoga course will be
opened on our street!

Dan: Great! You love yoga! Maybe you
should [will] register for the course?
Shirley: Yes. Maybe we’ll register together?
Dan: Who, you and I? No, Shirley, I won’t
register for yoga.

Shirley: Why not, Dan?
Dan: Because it’s boring. I’ll fall asleep after
(one) minute.
Shirley: I don’t think that you’ll fall asleep,
and I think that yoga is an excellent thing for
you.

Dan: Why is yoga an excellent thing for me?

Shirley: At yoga you can relax. All day long
you run from place to place, work hard… At
yoga, you’ll relax a bit.
Dan: I don’t need yoga in order to relax. I can
relax at home, in front of the TV. Maybe
you’ll relax at yoga,
and I’ll stay at home,

and relax in front of the TV? What do you
say?

Shirley: What do I say? I say that I really
want (for us) to register to the course
together, Dan. We never do anything
together.
