Netanyahu at the Square

Nine AM, Rabin Square, a big statue of Benjamin Netanyahu is standing in the middle of the square
and becomes an attraction. Itay Zalait, who worked on it for several months, made the statue. Itay
made the statue because he wanted to check what people think about free speech in Israel. A lot of
people were angry about the statue, and wanted Itay to take it down quickly. The municipality asked
to clear the statue out by one PM, but there was someone who couldn’t wait and knocked it down.
There’s a lot to learn from this about what’s happening in Israel in two thousand sixteen.
