“Mabat” for the Last Time
Mabat is Channel One’s News show, which (has been) broadcasting for forty nine years. A while
ago the government says that (we) have to close Channel One down, because it’s not good, and
open a new channel. Forty minutes before Mabat starts, the employees understand that this is the
last time. This is really a surprise because they think that this only happens in six months. Many
employees go home, and not everyone knows what to do now.
