Application (1): EEG (The Electroencephalography) : (Activity 2)

 Brain is made up of billions of brain cells called neurons (nerve cell)  use electricity to communicate with each other.

Principle  The combination of millions of neurons sending signals at once  enormousريتكamount of electrical activity in the brain
  detected using EEG.

unit EEG measures voltage-differences at the scalp in the microvolt (μV) range.
  EEG recordings are:
Advantage a. Non-invasive (from outside) , painless (by aid of gel) b. Relatively low-cost. C. do not interfere much with a human's
ability to move or perceive stimuli,

 As frequency ↑ ➔ amplitude ↓

Standard placements of electrodes on the human scalp: حيضوتلل ةمسرلا

A, auricle; C, central; F, frontal; Fp, frontal pole; O, occipital.
 P, parietal; T, temporal 4
